Who we are

Passaura Driving School is a driving school run by Murad, giving automatic driving lessons in Hendon and Mill Hill, London NW4 and NW7. We are the controller of the personal information described here. Contact us at info@cygnoverse.com or 07979 974479.

What we collect and why

• When you book a lesson (online, in the chat, by phone or message): your name, email, phone number, pick up address and anything you add, so we can give you the lesson, confirm it and remind you. Lawful basis: taking steps to enter into, and performing, a contract with you.
• When you send a message through the contact form, email or WhatsApp: your details and your message, so we can reply. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
• When you use the chat: your messages and anything you tell it, such as your email to book, so it can answer, book lessons for you, and hand the conversation to Murad when needed. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and taking steps to enter into a contract when you book.
• Pupil records: lessons, payments and your progress towards your test, kept so we can teach you and for our accounts.
• After you pass: we may email you once to ask for a review of your lessons. You can say no or unsubscribe at any time. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in feedback about our service.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing without your permission.

Who helps us

We use service providers who process information for us under contract:

• Cygnoverse runs this website, our online booking system (bookings.cygnoverse.com, shown on our Book a lesson page), the website chat (chatbot.cygnoverse.com), our pupil records and our review requests.
• An email delivery provider sends booking confirmations, reminders and review requests.
• The chat uses an AI model provider to write its replies. Your chat messages are sent to it for that purpose only.
• WhatsApp (Meta) handles messages you choose to send us on WhatsApp, under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and similar technology

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are served from this website. The chat keeps a random visitor number in your browser storage so it can show your conversation again. The contact form sends your message to our pupil records when you press Send; page visits are not tracked. The booking calendar is provided by bookings.cygnoverse.com inside the page.

How long we keep it

We keep booking, lesson and payment records for 6 years after your last lesson, for tax purposes. Enquiries and chats that did not lead to lessons are kept for up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email info@cygnoverse.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
